Belinka Oil Exterier Belinka Oil Exterier is a bio impregnation based on natural vegetable oils for the protection and maintenance of exterior wooden surfaces (wooden decking, garden furniture, cladding, etc.) made from resistant types of wood (teak, oak, acacia, chestnut, etc.). colorless bio impregnation decking, garden furniture, cladding, joinery contains agents that slow down mold development has a citrusy scent and dries quickly The oil does not form a protective film on the wood surface. Oiled and weather-exposed elements should therefore be checked regularly to establish whether they are adequately protected. The required maintenance interval depend on the type of wood, mechanical load and exposure to humidity. The impregnated surface is water repellent and when regular care is provided, is more resistant to harmful UV rays compared to unoiled surfaces. It is recommended to refresh the surface twice a year with the same product. Belinka oils are made from natural ingredients and are harmless to health and environmentally friendly. Warning Oil soaked cloths must be soaked in water or burnt after use, otherwise spontaneous combustion may occur. Share UseTechnical data Informative calculation of consumption Material safety data sheets Technical documentation Applied to wooden surfaces free of grease, wax, and other impurities. Prior to application, the wood surface should be finely sanded and dusted off. Before applying the oil the wood must be well dried, otherwise protection is not satisfactory. Mix the product well before use. Apply the oil abundantly onto a well-dried surface using a cloth, brush or roller. After approx. 15-20 minutes, wipe the excess oil with a clean absorbent cloth or absorbent paper, then polish the surface with a dry cloth. For improved wood durability and at more absorbent surfaces we recommend multiple applications with a 24-hour waiting time in between. Wood is well-protected when it no longer absorbs the oil. Protective clothing should be worn when using this product. We advise against applying this product if the temperature is below 15 °C and the relative air humidity exceeds 75 %. Clean the tools immediately after use with water and detergent, or with white spirit. Composition: vegetable oils, non-aromatic solvents and additives. Can cause an allergic reaction. Consumption: 50–100 ml/m2 of wood surface, depending on the type, absorbency and pretreatment of wood. Drying: 24 hours (under normal conditions, T = 20 °C, relative air humidity 65 %). At lower temperatures or higher air humidity the drying time is extended. Cleaning tools: with water and detergent or white spirit. Storage: in the originally sealed packaging at a temperature between 5 °C and 30°C. Flash point: over 65 °C. Packaging units: 0.5 l and 2.5 l Surface area 0.1 m2 Consumption l in one application The calculation is informative.
